During this session, leaders will explore the dynamics of leadership in challenging times, focusing on key areas of adaptability, essential environment workforce supports and rapid decision-making. Part 3: May 29, 2025 Instructor: Alie Huxta, Building Health & Wellness Network, Drexel University Center for Hunger-Free Communities "Embedding Real Changes for a Healthy Workplace"

The culture of chaos and overwhelm has evolved, and organizations must adapt to thrive in these changing times. Simply hoping for a return to "normal" is no longer a viable strategy.
