F4 VOLUNTEER Cooking Program

Description

1. Sign up and VOLUNTEER to prepare 2 casseroles of your choice at F4Cook@f4service.org. (We have sample recipes.)
2. Freeze the casseroles. 
3. Put them on your doorstep to be collected between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the 2nd Saturday of every month. 

All donated casseroles are delivered to urban shelters that are local to our volunteer cooks.

This is a great opportunity for organizations or children to "give back".
