This Women's History Month, we're proud to spotlight incredible women who inspire us and create lasting impacts. This week, we’re highlighting two exceptionally dedicated leaders: Amy Sanchez, Senior Manager of Strategic Relationships at Greencastle Consulting, and Jolie Karp, Partner at Stephano Slack LLC.

Let’s take a moment this week to recognize and appreciate these women for their hard work and dedication.

Amy Sanchez

Amy Sanchez brings a strong background in leadership, change management, and strategic relationship-building to her role at Greencastle Consulting, a 100% veteran owned and operated firm in Malvern. Her journey with the company began through the Stronghold Leadership SkillBridge Program, where she transitioned from eight years of Active Duty service in the United States Army. She initially joined Greencastle as a Skillbridge Fellow and later took on a full-time role, leading the firm’s Change Management program before shifting her focus to strategic relationships.

Before entering the consulting field, Amy served as a Military Police Company Commander in the United States Army, holding various leadership roles within the Military Police Corps. She graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Politics and later earned a Master’s in Public Administration from Penn State in 2018.

Amy holds several industry certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) through ACMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from Villanova University.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Harper. She is an active member of her community and a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan, cheering loudly for the Eagles and Phillies.

Jolie Karp

Jolie leads the Accounting and Auditing Department at the Firm, overseeing quality control. With over 30 years of experience, she has held senior roles at national and regional accounting firms, specializing in attestation services, financial reporting, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and technical quality review. Jolie's diverse client portfolio spans industries such as distribution, manufacturing, real estate, non-profits, and more. She is an active member of the AICPA, PICPA, and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, and serves on the boards of the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry and Barclay Friends. Jolie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Bryant University.
