In this interactive two-hour workshop, participants will explore how to intentionally build energy while identifying the habits, patterns, and influences that deplete it. The session blends personal insight with practical application so women can strengthen how they show up at work and in life.

What we will cover:

· The 10 Disciplines that support clarity, confidence, presence, and intentional choice

· How these disciplines strengthen leadership, decision making, and personal resilience

· The key Influencers that shape energy at work and at home

· How to recognize energy builders and energy detractors in daily life

· Practical reflection tools to identify where energy is leaking and where it can be restored

· Clear action participants can take immediately to support sustainable energy and influence
