Description
Join us for an informative presentation and engaging panel discussion focused on combating organized retail crime. This initiative is being spearheaded by the Delaware County District Attorney’s office in collaboration with the State Attorney General’s office, Chester County’s District Attorney, Lowe’s, the PA Retailers Association, Pennsylvania State Police, and various Chiefs of Police from across Chester and Delaware Counties, as well as the Delaware County and Chester County Chambers to explain the new and improved Organized Retail Crime statute, Act 42 of 2023, and how the Office of Attorney General will collaborate with the District Attorneys and local law enforcement in fighting back against organized retail crime rings.
