A Gorgeous Day for Gals on the Green

On Monday, CCCBI partnered with the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce for our annual Gals on the Green golf outing!
White Manor Country Club hosted over 70 women from both chambers for either an in-depth golf clinic or 9 holes on the course, followed by a networking luncheon.
Clinic participants were split into small groups in order to get one-on-one instructions and pointers from White Manor pros.

Experienced golfers were able to enjoy gorgeous weather on the front 9 holes of White Manor's course. It was truly a morning of connections and camaraderie between professional women of all experience levels.

Youth Leadership Program Kick-Off Dinner
|
On Tuesday evening, the Chester County Chamber Foundation's Youth Leadership Program (YLP) kicked off the 2025-2026 program year!
This year, 50 students and their parents visited Penn Oaks Golf Club for a special dinner to meet their peers, learn about the program and set expectations for how to navigate this year-long experience.
For 20+ years, YLP has helped high school students develop soft skills, build their personal and professional networks, and see the opportunities that business across Chester County have to offer.
Last year, Natanya Sortland of the Fighting Back Scholarship Program attended one of the YLP days to share her story with the students. This year, Natanya returned to help welcome this year's students and preview the kinds of businesses, programs and people that the students will meet.
We are looking forward to another wonderful program year!

Nonprofit Thought Leadership Series: Leading Through Times of Change
|
The nonprofit community at CCCBI engaged in an interactive dialogue during the new Non-Profit Thought Leadership Series on Wednesday morning.
Change is inevitable—but leadership during uncertain times can make or break an organization’s momentum and mission. This program supported professionals navigating organizational, societal, or policy-related change. Participants explored proven strategies to lead with clarity, compassion, and resilience, even when the future feels unpredictable.

Wednesday was a full day at CCCBI! In the afternoon, we welcomed nearly 40 new Members to our Chamber offices for a New Member Lunch.
This event is the perfect time to meet fellow business professionals while learning about the Chamber in a relaxed setting.
