Introducing CCCBI's New Director of Member Engagement

Please help us welcome our new Director of Member Engagement, Jarrod Rabatin!
As a results-driven leader in sales management, business development, strategic planning and account management across multiple market segments, Jarrod helped organize, cultivate and manage sales, connections and partnerships among sports rightsholders, corporate accounts and travel professionals in the tourism and hospitality industries.
"As I take the next step forward in my career and strive to continue to build lasting connections and partnership in the local community here in Chester County, I am extremely excited to be part of the great team here at The Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry as the Director of Member Engagement," said Jarrod.

“Through the recent morning buzz event that I attended I have had the opportunity to meet some great local representatives of businesses in the local community and this makes me extremely excited of what the future holds.”

When Jarrod is not in the office, you can find him either running on some of the great greenways in Chester County, or picking up some golf clubs, a tennis racket or a fly rod for the afternoon to enjoy some great Pennsylvania outdoor sports and activities.

We are thrilled to have Jarrod join our team and start engaging with our 600+ Members! We encourage you to reach out to him and get connected!

Morning Buzz with Main Line Armory

On Tuesday morning, CCCBI started the day with Main Line Armory for a Morning Buzz!

Over 50 guests joined us to network, see what's behind the scenes at Main Line Armory, and welcome our new Director of Member Engagement, Jarrod Rabatin!

We joined Greg Butler and his team two years ago for their grand opening, so it was exciting to come back and re-introduce our Membership to this luxury range and educational hub. Some of our guests got an exclusive tour of the facility, it's history and the intentional thought behind each and every aspect.

Thank you to Main Line Armory for hosting and utilizing fellow veteran organization, Nolan' Pour House Coffee Co. to provide some much-needed coffee, and thanks to all who joined us for a wonderful morning!

Legislative Update

Help Us Understand How to Better Support Your Workforce

At the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry, we are committed to advocating for policies and programs that help our members recruit and retain top talent. As part of that mission, we are conducting a brief Employee Retention Survey to better understand the challenges and opportunities facing employers in our region.

This survey will help us identify trends around hiring, turnover, workplace culture, and employee engagement—insights we’ll use to inform future programming, advocacy efforts, and workforce development initiatives.

📋 We want to hear from you!

Government Affairs Committee Meeting

As we await the passing of a budget for Pennsylvania, CCCBI will postpone our July Government Affairs Committee meeting.

We will host an in-person meeting at CCCBI Headquarters on Friday, August 29th to provide an overview of the budget and address any implications or effects it may have on our Member businesses. All CCCBI Members are invited, and encouraged, to attend this meeting.
