Multiple Employer Aggregation Program 401k Retirement Plan

CCCBI is committed to providing our members valuable solutions for your businesses — solutions that bring you economy of scale, show clear value for money spent, save time, help reduce risk, and help you show your employees you value what matters to them.

That’s why we’re thrilled to partner with Lincoln Financial to deliver a new Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry retirement plan.

Here’s what you’ll experience with the new Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry retirement program:

  • Access to potential pricing and service efficiencies — economies of scale
  • Less administrative work, as you hand off many of the responsibilities that come with running a retirement plan, including filing Form 5500 and employee loans
  • Relief from many fiduciary obligations, while maintaining your current plan design — or changing to a plan design that may work better for you

Are you in?

  • Already have a retirement plan? Now’s a perfect opportunity to reach out to Jim Sinnott who will review and benchmark your plan and assess whether it’s meeting your goals — or if transitioning to the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry retirement plan could better meet your needs.
  • Considering a retirement plan? A retirement plan can be a powerful tool for keeping the quality people you have on board and bringing new talent into the fold. Joining the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry retirement plan could potentially be the most cost-efficient solution.

Chamber Bucks

The Chamber Bucks Referral Program is an exciting new initiative by the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry to reward current members for helping grow our business community.

Refer a new member and earn $20 in Chamber Bucks after their activation to use toward an upcoming event's registration cost!

By encouraging successful member referrals, this program supports the Chamber’s mission to expand its network while providing existing members with valuable incentives to participate in Chamber events.

Chamber Bucks allow members to attend valuable events at a reduced cost, making it easier to connect, learn, and grow within the Chamber network.

To learn about or redeem your Chamber Bucks starting in August, email jarrod@chescochamber.org

Legislative Update

As a “chamber of influence” and the largest Chamber in Chester County, CCCBI serves as the voice for business on local, state and federal level issues that impact business. Developing our workforce and helping our businesses to succeed is at the heart of our organization.

We provide weekly updates about initiatives that we're leading, policy that may affect our Member businesses and general news that Chester County business owners, employees and residents need to know about.

Chamber Coffee Companies Meet with Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan

On Monday, members of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry met with Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan to discuss the newly formed Coffee Caucus in Washington, D.C.

Representing our local coffee industry were Twin Valley Coffee, Gryphon Café, Bella Vita Coffee & Cream, Ocean City Coffee Company, and Lavazza.

CCCBI President & CEO, Laura Manion, joined these businesses in advocating for key issues impacting the coffee industry, including tariff concerns, rising manufacturing costs, sustainable practices, and the effects of climate change—such as pests, frost, and drought—on coffee production.

Did You Know?

• 63% of Americans drink coffee daily

• 40% of global coffee production comes from Brazil

• Just 1% of U.S. coffee is produced in Hawaii and Puerto Rico

This meeting was a powerful example of CCCBI’s commitment to direct, industry-specific advocacy with our elected officials. The Chamber plans to replicate these roundtables with leaders across other sectors to ensure every industry in our region has a voice in policy discussions.
